Sarah got in touch in early 2025 and I just knew that what she had started to create was going to be really special. She’d got to the point of planning her brand redesign and was almost ready to think about adding imagery.
Nearly all of my work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations, and this was no exception. What made this one particularly exciting was that word had spread 50 miles down the M1, so I was hugely grateful that my name had been passed on so far afield.
Sarah invested in my 12 month Personal Branding package with her photoshoots completed between April and August 2025.

How personal growth led to a career change
(words by Sarah Hopton)
Since 2007, for almost two decades, I was known for equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) which involved mentoring and supporting graduates and learners on two diploma programmes. Whilst I loved the work, I was exploring my own personal journey of growth through various therapies including somatic and breath-work.
‘I’d outgrown an identity’
My clinical thinking, interests, and my sense of who I was professionally led to a pull to step away from teaching; a gradual recognition that I had outgrown an identity that no longer represented who I had become.

More than just branding
‘A process of discovery’
When I began working with brand design agency Number 75, I thought I was merely investing in a rebrand yet I experienced a process of discovery, through conversations about values, personality, audience and brand archetypes. The team there, helped me understand that the heart of the business wasn’t the horses; it was me – so an authentic brand was created Identifying two brand archetypes. ‘
The Explorer’ clarified and reflected my curiosity, growth and willingness to venture beyond the familiar, whilst ‘The Everyman’ captured the warmth, humanity and connection that sit at the centre of my therapeutic work, resonating with exactly the kind of clients I most enjoy working with.

More than just photographs
‘I cried because I felt truly seen’
Stepping forward as the face of my business felt surprisingly vulnerable, but Helen immediately put me at ease. She understood my vision, my brand, and how I wanted to show up in the world.
When the photographs arrived, I cried with joy because even though they were beautiful, for the first time I felt truly seen. The images captured not just my business, but a growing confidence in who I was becoming.

Reflection, alignment, success
The impact of the rebrand has been profound. My private practice has grown into a thriving full-time business with a waiting list for regular appointments.
I now supervise therapists, have achieved senior professional accreditation, write a regular blog, have published professional articles and poetry, and am exploring podcasts and other creative projects. More importantly, the business finally feels aligned.
Together with the invaluable contributions from Helen and Number 75, the brand has emerged as a true reflection of myself as a person and the image of the business I want to express.

Fulfillment and personal growth work both ways
A rewarding collaboration
It’s always fulfilling for me to help create a true reflection of what a person wants to portray for their business, especially when it’s emerging from ideas and visions that aren’t already established as a brand.
The client may feel a sense of vulnerability; they want someone to understand their values and importance of what their business means to them, which in this case became an acknowledgement of personal growth from my perspective too.
The feedback and business success have been amazing to see.
