I came to Helen with what seemed to be an impossible task. I wanted to capture my choir, in their natural habitat, being themselves, which is not easy with a camera in their face. But Helen came and caught the Honey Belles doing what they do best……..sing and have fun. We had a great night and I absolutely love my set of photos

Are you sure I need pictures of me?

Everyone is nervous. Filled with the age old doubts ‘will I hate the photos of myself, am I too fat, am I ready?’ Please don’t worry. I’ll put you at ease. I have a huge amount of experience with light and angles to create the most naturally beautiful images of you.

How does it all work?

From the initial chat, right up to the shoot day, it’s a collaborative process. You might already have a strong idea about the images that you need, or if you need a little guidance, that’s absolutely fine too. We decide on the location, colours and general feel of the shoot together. From that I create a mood board (thank heavens for Pinterest) and we set a date. Exciting!

On The Day

We’ve got our plan, we’re all ready, now it’s time to have some fun. We take some shots, see what we think and generally just have a play with lots of ideas. You’ll love it I promise!

What Happens Afterwards?

Depending on my work load I’ll have the edited images back to you within a few days, up to three weeks. They’ll be worth the wait! I send you over two complete sets of images. High res to send over to your web developer, and a set perfectly resized for you to use on social media. If you need anything else, just ask.
